RETURN & REFUND

  • Goods once sold will not be taken back at any condition.

  • Product must be returned along with all its related accessories.
  • Serial number/QR codes/ model no. must be on product, product without serial number will not acceptable.
  • Product need to be exchanged within 15 days after purchases.
  • Customer is responsible about shipping charges for return of products.
  • Customer is responsible about damaged due to returning transit; it is advised that the return packets should be strongly packaged.
  • The returned material will only be exchanged with any other product. No refund will be initiated.
