Our story
Swastik Buildtech started in 1999 as a plumbing contractor in Gurugram, a city that has grown around us ever since. Over the years we have worked on 500+ projects, from single villas to multi-storey builder projects, offices and hotels.
Our team has grown to 20 plumbers and supervisors, and we work with 27 trusted brands of sanitaryware, pipes, pumps and water heaters. What has not changed is how we work: plan carefully, install neatly and test before handover.
Founder's message“We treat the work hidden behind your walls with the same care as the fittings you see every day.”
When we started Swastik Buildtech in 1999, Gurugram was a very different city. We have watched it grow into towers and societies, and our work has grown with it.
A neat joint, a tested line and the right product may never be noticed, and that is exactly the point. Small job or big, a single bathroom or a complete building, our team gives it the same attention.
Thank you for trusting us with your home and your projects.
How we work
Four habits we bring to every site, big or small.
- Plan before we buildDrawings, routes and BOQ are clear before work starts on site.
- Our own skilled teamA 20-member team of plumbers and supervisors who know our standards.
- Neat, concealed workStraight runs, clean joints and aligned fittings, even where no one will see them.
- Tested before handoverLines are tested and checked for leaks before we hand over.
What we never do
Simple rules our team follows on every site.
- We never hide a problem behind tilesLines are tested before they are closed, so faults are fixed while they are still easy to reach.
- We never add extra work without askingAny change in scope or cost is discussed and agreed with you before it is done.
- We never push a brand just because it costs moreWe suggest products for the job, the building and your budget.
- We never leave a site without cleaning upDebris and offcuts are cleared before our team leaves.
